Jaylen Waddle's High-Ankle Sprain "Not Overly Severe"

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle (ankle) has a high-ankle sprain, according to head coach Mike McDaniel, but it's "not overly severe." Waddle has not yet been ruled out for the Week 17 game against the Baltimore Ravens, but we'll see if he's able to get on the field at all Wednesday through Friday for practice. High-ankle sprains usually cause players to miss several weeks, if not more, so it would be a bit of a surprise if Waddle was able to play this weekend. We wouldn't expect the 25-year-old to practice until at least Friday, in a best-case scenario, and even then he'd probably be questionable to play on Sunday. If Waddle cannot go against Baltimore, Cedrick Wilson Jr. and Braxton Berrios would both see expanded roles behind Tyreek Hill.
