Jaren Hall Leaves With Head Injury Sunday
one year ago

Minnesota Vikings rookie quarterback Jaren Hall (head) was removed from the Week 9 contest against the Atlanta Falcons early in the first half and is being evaluated for a head injury. Hall took a hard shot just shy of the goal line and was slow to get up. He's likely being evaluated for a concussion, which could cause him to hit the showers early in his first career NFL start. Hall was making the start under center for the Vikes after Kirk Cousins tore his Achilles in the Week 8 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. For now, consider Hall questionable to return. Before the big hit, the 25-year-old was 5-for-6 for 78 yards passing and had two carries for 11 yards. Joshua Dobbs, who was acquired in a trade from the Arizona Cardinals last Tuesday, is now in the game and could finish out the contest under center for Minnesota.
