Arizona Cardinals running back James Conner (knee) is officially active for Week 10 versus the Atlanta Falcons. He had been listed as questionable but was widely expected to play after the team activated him from IR on Saturday. Conner will face a relatively tough test in his first game back as Atlanta has a strong run defense. However, he averaged 79.5 rushing yards and 0.5 touchdowns over the four games for which he was healthy at the start of the season, putting him in the low-end RB2 tier regardless of this week's matchup. Conner's fantasy value also gets a boost with Kyler Murray (knee) making his 2023 debut.
