Jamal Adams Back At Practice Wednesday
one year ago

Seattle Seahawks safety Jamal Adams (knee) returned to practice on Wednesday and was listed as a limited participant. It's a milestone day for Adams, who hadn't practiced or played since tearing his quadriceps tendon in Week 1 of the 2022 campaign. The Seahawks will no doubt take it slow with the 27-year-old star safety and won't rush him back into action before he's ready, but he's trending in the right direction to make his 2023 debut in Week 2 against the Lions in Detroit this Sunday. Once one of the most sought-after defensive backs in IDP leagues, fantasy managers in those formats can take a wait-and-see approach with Adams as he makes his comeback this year.
