Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts (head) returned to Sunday's meeting with the 49ers. The signal-caller left briefly for the locker room to undergo a concussion evaluation. However, apparently, everything went well, although it doesn't appear the Eagles have a chance to overcome the deficit on the scoreboard. At any rate, the Eagles will next take on the Cowboys in an NFC East clash. Hurts will likely be on the injury report leading up to that one, although he should play, assuming he doesn't suffer any setbacks.
