Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts (undisclosed) exited Sunday's meeting with the 49ers. It's not known what is ailing the signal-caller. But he's battled a nagging knee injury for most of the year, so it's possible that could be the cause. Nonetheless, with San Francisco likely to cruise to a win, it's unlikely Hurts returns to the contest, meaning Marcus Mariota could remain under center. If that's the case, Hurts will finish with 196 yards off 17-for-29 passing, adding six carries for 17 yards and a touchdown.
