The 25-year-old matched his season-high in pass attempts last week in a losing effort against the San Francisco 49ers, and that was with some time missed in the game due to being evaluated for a concussion. Even in a blowout loss, Hurts scored over 20 fantasy points in all formats and will be a top-three option again this week against Dallas. The Cowboys allow the 13th-fewest fantasy points per game to quarterbacks but were chewed up by Geno Smith and the Seahawks last week for 334 yards and three touchdowns. The Eagles signal caller posted 243 total yards and three combined touchdowns in their previous meeting and should have a similar outing Sunday night. Consider Hurts a must-start again in Week 14.
