Jakobi Meyers Remains In Concussion Protocol
one year ago

Las Vegas Raiders head coach Josh McDaniels told reporters on Wednesday that wide receiver Jakobi Meyers remains in the league's concussion protocol. It means that Meyers won't practice on Wednesday and is very much up in the air for a Week 2 meeting with the Buffalo Bills on the road. The good news is that he still has time to get cleared for Sunday's contest. The 26-year-old had a great showing to kick off the season in the Week 1 win over the Denver Broncos, catching nine of his 10 targets for 81 yards and two touchdowns. Meyers should be scooped up immediately if he's on your league's waiver wire. If he's unable to get the green light to play this Sunday in Buffalo, Hunter Renfrow and Kristian Wilkerson would have bigger roles behind Davante Adams in the passing game.
