Jakobi Meyers Puts Up Decent Performance In Loss

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Jakobi Meyers had seven receptions for 50 yards and a touchdown on 13 targets in the Week 7 loss to the Chicago Bears. Meyers salvaged his day with a touchdown in garbage time, but it was ugly for most of the game. With Brian Hoyer filling in at quarterback, the Raiders offense was ineffective. The Raiders did not score a touchdown until the rookie quarterback Aidan O'Connell entered the game in the fourth quarter. Meyers will face the Detroit Lions in Week 8. The Lions are a tougher matchup for running backs than wide receivers, so Meyers could be in for another decent game. Based on his production this season, fantasy managers should continue to lock Meyers into their weekly lineups.
