Meyers will follow up his weak performance with a matchup against the New York Giants in Week 9. The Giants defense has been a neutral matchup for wide receivers this season. With the Raiders moving on from Jimmy Garoppolo, fantasy managers will want to watch what the change means for Meyers' value. Rookie quarterback Aidan O'Connell will be the starter moving forward. The last time O'Connell started a game, Meyers had two catches on four targets for 33 yards.
