Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson has a good matchup in a Week 9 game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Ferguson had a pair of down weeks before the Cowboys bye, but came back with a 13-point fantasy performance in Week 8, finishing as the overall TE10. The Eagles defense hasn't been great against opposing tight ends but are excellent against the run, so Ferguson could find himself targeted a lot on short routes this week. He's a low-end TE1 with a solid floor.
