Jake Bailey Signing Two-Year Extension With Dolphins

Veteran punter Jake Bailey is signing a two-year contract extension with the Miami Dolphins, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. The 26-year-old was a fifth-round pick by the New England Patriots in 2019 and played his first year with Miami in 2023. In his first year in South Beach, Bailey punted 53 times for 2,424 (45.7 average) and pinned 20 punts inside the 20-yard-line. He'll remain on a team that doesn't punt all that often thanks to a high-powered offense.
