Washington Commanders quarterback Jacoby Brissett (hamstring) was limited in Friday's practice due to a hamstring injury and is now questionable to play in Week 17 against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday. Brissett took over for an ineffective Sam Howell in the Week 16 loss to the New York Jets and was named the starter heading into this weekend's game against the Niners, but now he might not be able to make his first start of the year due to injury. We should have more clarity on the 31-year-old veteran's status on Saturday, but Brissett may end up being a game-time decision on Sunday morning. If he doesn't gain clearance, Howell will remain in the starting role in an extremely tough matchup against one of the best defenses in the NFL, and they'll be looking to prove themselves again after getting beat up by the Baltimore Ravens on Christmas night.
