Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco (shoulder) is expected to avoid a stint on injured reserve, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. The second-year playmaker is dealing with a serious contusion and won't suit up in Week 14 against the Buffalo Bills, but fantasy managers should be optimistic that the Chiefs are assessing him on a week-by-week basis rather than shutting him down for at least a month. Until he's able to get back on the field, Clyde Edwards-Helaire will start at running back while Jerick McKinnon also earns increased opportunities.
