UPDATE 3:58 PM: Isiah Pacheco has officially been ruled out with a concussion for the remainder of the Week 16 game against the Raiders. UPDATE 3:35 PM: Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco (concussion) is being evaluated for a concussion, after getting injured late in the game against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 16. Pacheco's helmet came off during the play, and he ended up taking an accidental knee to the head from his teammate. Clyde Edwards-Helaire will fill in as the lead running back, stay tuned for further updates.
