Gus Edwards Returns To The End Zone In Week 15
11 months ago

Baltimore Ravens running back Gus Edwards took the lead back role once again after Keaton Mitchell (knee) exited the game with an apparent knee injury. He benefitted greatly by seeing 16 carries for 58 yards and a touchdown while catching his lone target for 11 yards. Head coach John Harbaugh said that they expect Mitchell to be out for the rest of the season, so Edwards' fantasy value shot right back up. Even though the passing game has improved, Edwards and the backfield have been the top unit in the league. He'll take on a San Francisco 49ers team in Week 16 that is in the top five against the run, so it could be an uphill battle despite receiving more opportunities.
