Gus Edwards Leads The Backfield In Week 18
11 months ago

Baltimore Ravens running back Gus Edwards ended up receiving the most work out of the backfield instead of getting rest day as a handful of other starters did. The veteran finished with 10 carries for 48 yards and didn't get any work in the passing game. Edwards probably would have received some extra rest if Melvin Gordon III hadn't fumbled the ball. He has now finished the regular season with 198 carries for 810 yards and 13 touchdowns while catching 12 of 13 targets for 180 yards. He seemed to be on the riskier side of fantasy starts for most of the season outside of his scoring stretch that lasted a handful of weeks.
