Gerald Everett Will Play Against Raiders
one year ago

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Gerald Everett (illness) returned to practice on Friday after missing Thursday's session with an illness. The 29-year-old tight end missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday, but getting a full session in on Friday will make him ready to go for Sunday's Week 4 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders. So far, Donald Parham Jr. has been the preferred red-zone tight end for quarterback Justin Herbert, as he's already hauled in three touchdown passes to Everett's zero. However, with wide receiver Mike Williams (knee) out for the season, Everett could move up the receiving pecking order. He has some streaming appeal in a plus matchup against the leaky Raiders defense.
