Gerald Everett Upgraded To Limited
one year ago

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Gerald Everett (hip) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice. This is step in the right direction for Everett, who left Week 7's game against the Kansas City Chiefs early and missed practice Wednesday with a hip issue. The 29-year-old owns only 19 catches (23 targets) and 149 yards but has found the end zone in two straight affairs. Not an integral part of quarterback Justin Herbert's target tree, Everett would be a TE2 if he gets the go-ahead to play on Sunday Night Football versus the Chicago Bears. We'll see if he can continue to stay involved in Friday's session. If not, Donald Parham Jr. could be staring at an expanded role in a potential Everett absence.
