Los Angeles Chargers tight end Gerald Everett (hip) won't play on Sunday night against Chicago. The veteran injured his hip in the Week 7 meeting with the Kansas City Chiefs. It's unfortunate timing, considering he had two touchdowns in the last two games. But Everett was trending in a favorable direction heading into this one, so it appears he has a chance to return in Week 9 versus the New York Jets. In the meantime, Donald Parham Jr. could see extra targets from Justin Herbert and can be of value to those looking to fill a void based on his upside.
