Geno Smith Uncertain To Return In Week 11

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith (elbow) is questionable to return against the Rams on Sunday. The signal-caller had 197 yards and a touchdown off 19-for-29 passing before heading to the blue medical tent, and eventually the locker room, due to an elbow injury. Smith has been a reliable fantasy quarterback for most of the season, so managers would take a hit if he doesn't play on Thanksgiving Day versus the 49ers. If that's the case, Drew Lock would presumably be under center, although history suggests he's not a reliable replacement.
