Geno Smith Throws Two Picks In Week 6
one year ago

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith went 27-for-41 for 323 passing yards and gained 20 yards on four carries in Sunday's loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. The veteran had a decent start to the game, completing 13 of his 17 pass attempts before halftime but the tide turned after the break. The Bengals' pass rush overwhelmed the Seahawks' offensive line in the second half, forcing Smith to rush his throws resulting in two interceptions and a two-minute drill that ended on a fourth down sack. He should have an easier go in Week 7 at home against the Arizona Cardinals, who have allowed a passing touchdown in every game through the first five weeks of the season.
