Geno Smith's Knee Is Fine
one year ago

Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said that quarterback Geno Smith's knee is fine coming out of the bye week. Smith had to leave the Week 4 game on Monday night against the New York Giants with a knee injury, but he eventually returned and is expected to be fine to play in Week 6 against the Cincinnati Bengals. Fantasy managers should expect to have Smith available this weekend, even if he's limited in practice starting on Wednesday. After a breakout 2022 campaign that earned him a contract extension with Seattle, Smith has been pretty mediocre through four games so far this year, averaging 16.1 fantasy points, which puts him as the QB24. The 32-year-old will be a low-end QB1/high-end QB2 for fantasy managers coming off his bye week.
