Gabe Davis Hopes Scoring Streak Travels Across The Pond
one year ago

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Gabe Davis has made the most of his opportunities in the season's first quarter, generating a robust 2.88 fantasy points per target, 12.2 yards per target, and 18.3 yards per reception. The 24-year-old deep threat dwells as fantasy's overall WR12 in standard leagues since Week 2 with 36.6 points across a three-game touchdown streak. Davis looks poised in Week 5 to primarily square off with 30-year-old Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Darious Williams, who has been burned for 2.09 fantasy points allowed per target, 11.8 yards per target, and 18.5 yards per catch. But Davis' 13.4% target rate (18 targets on 134 routes run) leaves much to be desired, so he still can't be trusted as anything more than volatile WR3. Davis should be boosted to top-24 range in non-PPR lineups, while being docked to top-32 territory otherwise on Sunday.
