Falcons Add Matthew Wright To Practice Squad

The Atlanta Falcons signed free agent kicker Matthew Wright to their practice squad on Thursday. This was a proactive move by Atlanta after kicker Younghoe Koo (back) missed practice a day earlier. Wright split time with the Chiefs and Steelers in 2022, going 15-for-18 on field goals and 15-for-15 on extra points through six contests. If forced into action versus the Saints, he would rank outside of the top 12 at the kicker position.
