Arizona Cardinals running back Emari Demercado isn't worth a Week 7 start against the Seattle Seahawks. In Week 6, Demercado garnered only three touches but played 43% of the snaps. With both Damien Williams and Keaontay Ingram involved in a three-way committee, there is currently too much unknown for fantasy managers to rely on Demercado. In addition, Seattle is quite stingy against the run, so the Cardinals will most likely lean more on quarterback Joshua Dobbs and the passing game. With the backfield currently a mess, Demercado isn't worth the risk. He's easily a Week 7 bench stash.
