Arizona Cardinals rookie running back Emari Demercado (toe) was back at practice working in the portion open to the media on Wednesday. Demercado has missed the last two games but is on the right track to suit up in Week 11 against the Houston Texans. The 24-year-old had become a waiver-wire pickup for those hurting at the RB position when James Conner was still on Injured Reserve. However, Conner made his return in the Week 10 win over the Atlanta Falcons and will be Arizona's unquestioned lead back as long as he stays healthy. If Demercado is back this weekend, he'll merely be working in a complementary role behind Conner, causing him to lose any standalone fantasy value he might have had before his injury.
