Eagles Signing Julio Jones
one year ago

The Philadelphia Eagles are signing 34-year-old wide receiver Julio Jones, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Jones spent the last two seasons with the Tennessee Titans and Tampa Buccaneers, respectively, after his prolific career with the Atlanta Falcons. The seven-time Pro Bowler will join a crowded wide receiver room consisting of A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith. While it's a surprising and fun signing, Jones looked like a shell of his former self in 2021 and 2022. He posted just 55 receptions for 733 yards and three touchdowns over the two-year span. He could be worth adding in ultra-deep leagues, but there's a low chance he will make a big impact for the defending NFC Champions.
