Eagles Hopeful Jalen Hurts Won't Be Limited
one year ago

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts (knee) reportedly has a mild knee injury that is not expected to keep him out of game action. Head coach Nick Sirianni said he is confident that Hurts will be ready to play against the Washington Commanders in Week 8. "We anticipate him to go. That doesn't mean it's easy. We'll see. I think he's feeling better," Sirianni said. "We're hopeful that he'll (have) no limitations on Sunday." Last year's MVP runner-up was wearing a knee brace in Week 7, but he still threw for 279 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for a score. As long as he's active, he's a must-start. Hopefully, he doesn't suffer any setbacks with his mysterious knee ailment.
