Dustin Hopkins A Top-15 Option In Week 16

Cleveland Browns kicker Dustin Hopkins made both of his field goals, including the game-winner, in a Week 15 win over the Chicago Bears. Hopkins has been excellent in his first season with the Browns, hitting 33 of his 36 field-goal attempts and 22 of 24 extra points. In Week 16 he will take on the Houston Texans on the road. Houston's defense has been generous to kickers in 2023, allowing the eighth-most fantasy points per game to the position. Hopkins is in play as a top-15 fantasy kicker for Week 16.
