Durham Smythe Questionable For Germany Game
one year ago

Miami Dolphins tight end Durham Smythe (ankle) was limited in practice for the second straight day on Friday and was given a questionable tag for Sunday's Week 9 game against the Kansas City Chiefs in Frankfurt, Germany. Smythe was seen wearing a walking boot following the team's Week 8 win over the New England Patriots. His chances of playing in Week 9 didn't look good then, but he at least has a chance to suit up in Europe this weekend. If the 28-year-old cannot go, rookie Julian Hill and Tyler Kroft would split tight end duties for Miami against the Chiefs. Smythe can't realistically be trusted as a starting option in single-TE fantasy leagues if he's active, even in a game that is expected to be high-scoring.
