Drue Tranquill Will Not Return On Sunday Night

Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Drue Tranquill (concussion) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday night's game after it was confirmed that he suffered a concussion. Tranquill left in the first quarter after taking a knee to the head while trying to tackle AJ Dillon. Jack Cochrane has taken his place on the field and will at least finish this game out while Tranquill is sidelined. Fantasy managers will want to check back for updates this week to see if he'll have to miss any extra time.
