Drake London Misses Another Practice
one year ago

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Drake London (groin) wasn't seen on Thursday at the portion of practice open to the media. If London doesn't make it onto the field at all, it will be his second straight missed practice this week after injuring his groin in the Week 8 loss to the Tennessee Titans. The 22-year-old second-year wideout is going to need to practice in some capacity on Friday in order to have a shot at suiting up in Week 9 against the Minnesota Vikings. A London absence would be bad news for quarterback Taylor Heinicke, who will make the start over Desmond Ridder this week. Van Jefferson, Mack Hollins and KhaDarel Hodge would start in three-receiver sets and tight ends Kyle Pitts and Jonnu Smith would have larger roles as well if London is inactive.
