Dontayvion Wicks Clears Concussion Protocol
12 months ago

Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said that rookie wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks (concussion) has cleared the league's concussion protocol. Wicks suffered a concussion in the Week 11 win over the Los Angeles Chargers and was forced to sit out on a short week for the Thanksgiving matchup in Week 12 against the Detroit Lions this past Thursday. The 22-year-old isn't a lock to play in Week 13 against the Kansas City Chiefs, but he should have a good shot at suiting up if he can return to practice this week and avoid any setbacks. He had three catches for a season-high 91 yards in Week 11, but he'll likely remain a hard-to-trust WR4/5 in deeper fantasy leagues as long as Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs and fellow rookie Jayden Reed all remain healthy down the stretch.
