Los Angeles Chargers tight end Donald Parham Jr. could be a fantasy factor in a Week 2 game against the Tennessee Titans. Parham Jr. caught Justin Herbert's first touchdown pass of the season in Week 1, and while he won't be the type of guy to rack up catches in bunches, his height and physical play make him an obvious red zone threat. There's upside here, but there's also a zero point floor.
