Dolphins Not Going To Rush Jaylen Waddle
one year ago

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle (concussion) remains in the league's concussion protocol, and the Dolphins aren't going to rush him along. "I'm just I'm not really worried about the timeline," head coach Mike McDaniel said. "I'm more worried about him getting right." It means there's a very real chance he won't suit up in Week 3 against the Denver Broncos. If Waddle were to miss Sunday's home opener, it would mean more targets for Braxton Berrios, River Cracraft and/or Erik Ezukanma behind All-Pro Tyreek Hill. It could also mean Cedrick Wilson Jr. will be active for the first time this year. Waddle has two more days to try to clear the concussion protocol, but fantasy managers should be making backup plans this weekend already just in case.
