Dolphins Expected To Use De'Von Achane More
one year ago

The Miami Dolphins are expected to use rookie running back De'Von Achane more in Week 4 against the division-rival Buffalo Bills, according to a source. Achane has earned an increased workload after his absurd 203-yard rushing performance in the Week 3 win over the Denver Broncos in which he averaged 11.3 yards per carry and scored four touchdowns. Raheem Mostert has also played well and the team likes Salvon Ahmed (groin), but he is questionable to play on Sunday. Achane and Mostert will likely operate in more of a timeshare this weekend, which will hurt the ceiling of both RBs in a tough matchup against Buffalo. Another factor in this backfield will be Jeff Wilson Jr. (abdomen), who will be eligible to return from Injured Reserve next week.
