DK Metcalf A Low-End WR2 Against Rams

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf finished Week 10 with the highest yardage total he's seen since Week 3 and a season-high seven receptions on 12 targets. It was the kind of game that managers have been waiting for, given his touchdown drought and the fact that he had only reached double-digit targets in one other game this season. In Week 11, Seattle is up against the Los Angeles Rams, who gave up a touchdown to Metcalf in their Week 1 drubbing of the Seahawks but have allowed just three more touchdowns to opposing receivers since (all courtesy of the Dallas Cowboys' 43-20 blowout in Week 8). The Rams have also been adept at limiting receivers' yardage, giving up 151.6 yards per game, though those yards tend to skew in favor of teams' WR1, which is good news for Metcalf. Still, Sunday's showdown doesn't offer much optimism but Metcalf should be in the WR2 mix and could see some extra looks depending on the health of Tyler Lockett (hamstring).
