Chicago Bears wide receiver DJ Moore (ankle) is active for the Week 15 game against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, as expected. Safety Jaquan Brisker (groin) is also active for the Bears' defense. Moore tweaked his ankle in last week's win over the Detroit Lions but stayed in the game and was able to get some practice sessions in this past week as well. The 26-year-old accounted for two touchdowns in the upset win over Detroit and needs to be locked into all starting fantasy lineups now that he's officially active. The Browns defense isn't exactly a favorable matchup for wideouts, but they are banged up on the back end and are more vulnerable than they were earlier in the season. Moore has been a WR1 in fantasy with quarterback Justin Fields on the field.
