DeVante Parker Returns, Jalen Raegor A Healthy Scratch

New England Patriots wide receiver DeVante Parker (concussion) is officially active in Week 12 against the New York Giants on Sunday, while receiver Jalen Reagor is inactive as a healthy scratch. Parker has been sidelined since Week 8 due to a concussion, but the bye in Week 11 apparently helped him advance through the league's concussion protocol this week. The 30-year-old's return is good news for the struggling quarterback Mac Jones and New England's offense, but it might not make much difference. Parker, a former first-rounder, has only 15 catches on 25 targets for 158 yards and no touchdowns in seven games this year. Rookie Demario Douglas and JuJu Smith-Schuster should remain Jones' primary targets in the passing attack. Parker is nothing more than a lottery ticket as a deep-league flex play with limited upside in this lackluster offense.
