New England Patriots wide receiver DeVante Parker (knee) had been listed as questionable but is expected to be active for Week 15 versus the Kansas City Chiefs, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. The veteran is in line to operate as the Patriots' No. 2 wide receiver behind Demario Douglas, especially with JuJu Smith-Schuster (ankle) looking far less likely to play. It's tough to justify starting Parker in fantasy football given that he ranks as a high-end WR5.
