Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson (shoulder) has been ruled out for the Week 8 contest against the Seattle Seahawks. The 28-year-old exited the Week 7 win over the Indianapolis Colts after a hard fall to the turf and will now miss his third game of the season. Although Watson reportedly didn't suffer any additional damage to his shoulder, the Browns are likely holding him out as a precaution. P.J. Walker will start again for Cleveland. Although his stats have been unimpressive (zero touchdowns, three interceptions), the Browns have defeated the San Francisco 49ers and Indianapolis Colts with him as the primary signal-caller.
