Deshaun Watson Expects To Play In Week 11
12 months ago

Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson (ankle) underwent an MRI exam on his injured left ankle on Monday, but it's not expected to be a serious injury and he's expected to play in Week 11 against the division-rival Pittsburgh Steelers. Watson left right before halftime to have his ankle checked in Sunday's win over the Baltimore Ravens, but he returned in the second half and closed out the 33-31 comeback win. We'll have to see how much the 28-year-old does in practice this week. As long as he's at least limited, fantasy managers should expect Watson to be under center this Sunday in a pivotal divisional clash. In the first meeting against Pittsburgh this year, Watson went 22-for-40 for 235 yards, one touchdown and a pick in the 26-22 loss. If he cannot play, P.J. Walker would likely make another start for the Browns.
