Deshaun Watson Day-To-Day With Shoulder Injury
one year ago

Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson (shoulder) is being considered day-to-day after aggravating his right-shoulder injury in the Week 7 win over the Indianapolis Colts. Watson was also evaluated for a concussion after hitting the turf hard. He was cleared of a concussion, but Watson said it was a medical decision by the team to keep him sidelined for the rest of Sunday's game. The Browns were taking extra precaution with Watson and expect him to be able to play in Week 8 against the Seattle Seahawks. We'll have a better idea of the 28-year-old's status once the Browns resume practicing on Wednesday. If he's unable to gain clearance, P.J. Walker would presumably make his second start of the year after leading the team to another win over Indy after Watson left the game in Week 7.
