Deshaun Watson Clears Concussion Protocol, Remains Sidelined
one year ago

Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson (head) passed concussion protocol and was cleared by the medical staff to return to Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts. However, at the end of the first half, Watson remained on the sideline while P.J. Walker was in the game. It appears Cleveland might be tempted to exercise caution and hold Watson out for the remainder of the game. At the time of his departure, the 28-year-old had completed just one of five passes for five yards, zero touchdowns, and one interception.
