Derek Carr Surpasses 300 Passing Yards In Loss

New Orleans Saints quarterback Derek Carr struggled to put together a touchdown drive on Sunday, falling 24-15 in Atlanta to the NFC South-leading Falcons. Carr completed 24-of-38 passes for 304 yards with an early red zone interception that was returned 92 yards for a touchdown by safety Jessie Bates III. Carr also fumbled in the game, but receiver A.T. Perry recovered the lost ball. The veteran quarterback scrambled for seven yards on two carries. Carr and the Saints take on Detroit next Sunday.
