New Orleans Saints quarterback Derek Carr (concussion) went through a full practice on Wednesday, according to head coach Dennis Allen, and the next step of the concussion protocol is to be cleared by doctors. Carr suffered another right-shoulder injury in the Week 10 game against the Minnesota Vikings and also suffered a concussion on the same play, but he was quickly cleared of his shoulder injury and had the benefit of last week's bye to heal up. The fact that he's already practicing in full this early in the week means he'll most likely gain clearance to play this Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons. The 32-year-old signal-caller has been a low-end QB2 in fantasy all year in his first season in New Orleans, and there's no reason why that will change if he plays in Week 12.
