Derek Carr Hoping To Play After Saints Bye

New Orleans Saints quarterback Derek Carr (concussion, shoulder) exited Sunday's loss to the Minnesota Vikings and didn't return. The signal-caller went 13-for-18 passing for 110 yards before departing with a shoulder injury and a concussion. Fortunately, New Orleans has the upcoming week off, so Carr is "hopeful" he'll return in Week 12 versus the Falcons. Of course, fantasy managers should plan in advance by picking up Jameis Winston off of waivers, with the veteran throwing for 122 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions after replacing Carr.
