Former Cleveland Browns running back Deon Jackson has been claimed off waivers by the New York Giants. Jackson, who was released by the Colts on September 23, signed with Cleveland's practice squad several days later. He was elevated to the active roster ahead of the Week 7 contest against the Indianapolis Colts but didn't log a snap. He was then waived by Cleveland and has now been claimed by the New York Giants. So the 24-year-old running back is now with his third organization in the last month. He will just serve as backfield depth for NYG and has no fantasy value as long as he remains on the practice squad.
