Demario Douglas Won't Play In Week 6
one year ago

New England Patriots rookie wide receiver Demario Douglas (concussion) has been ruled out for the Week 6 meeting with the Las Vegas Raiders in Sin City on Sunday. JuJu Smith-Schuster (concussion) was also ruled out, leaving an already struggling offense without some key weapons in their receiving corps this weekend. Kendrick Bourne and DeVante Parker will be the Pats' top two receiving options against the Raiders. Outside of them, rookie Kayshon Boutte and Ty Montgomery figure to have bigger roles, but nobody in this receiver room is really worth a starting lineup spot in fantasy the way New England's offense has been playing. Second-year wideout Tyquan Thornton (shoulder) is questionable and could return from Injured Reserve, but his role would likely be limited.
